Why "Sorry No Cure"?

Why do people have to say "Sorry no Cure?"

The existing of this powerful word, and yet people are saying it as "Sorry no Cure?"
Yes it might be quite true when it comes to crime or murder, and with that even an individual is Sorry, and yet justice to be received.

I personally think that it's just 2 ways of thinking, either an individual is not satisfy with the apology or he/she is seeking for something "better" than an apology.Forgiving and Receiving are different.Something that has been done may not be forgiven, but by saying "Sorry no Cure" is totally unacceptable and you're trying to make the word Sorry, worthless.

If you think that you're a perfect person that would not need to apologize to any single person at all which means you'll get everything right, then try to use that. But try to feel how it feels when you're truly sorry to someone in the future and you get the reply "Sorry no Cure"
